Can anyone tell me what type of spoiler this is. So far I've established it is not a trophy spoiler.

If it is the same as mine (amaranth car in picture), it is a Rover accessory spoiler.

They were fitted to the 2000 Wedgwood SE Fs. You can get them from: car-body-kit.co.uk, they're £59.95

Other than cosmetic, do they serve any purpose ?

I put a SEAT spoiler on the front of my TF, it appeared to make it a little less light at speed, surely more down-force on the rear will have the oppposite effect....will make it easier to lift the boot though !
