£2 toll

There is a new bridge across the Mersey which opens to-night. The toll is £2 which you pay by phone 1hr to 23hrs after you cross it. If you don't pay in that time you also get a fine. The old bridge will close also so you can not dodge it

They reckon once its paid for the tolls will stop
They said that of the Mersey Tunnels many moons ago...its another cash cow for revenue imo!!

25 yrs is a long time to have to wait and I will not be driving in 25yrs in fact I think we will just beam our self's by then HA
