If you don’t have the proper tool then you can order a clever “device “ from Mike Satur. From the attached photos you can see it’s a steel disc 21mm in diameter with about 2mm removed from one side. You just insert it through the bearing hole, flip it flat then using the old pivot shaft tap the old bearing out. Then repeat for the other side. Total time to do both arms less than ten minutes, including cleaning up the bore and fitting new bearings twenty minutes.
