instrument panel bulbs

Hi all. I'm trying to get replacement instrument panel bulbs for my MK1 1.8, but can't find the 'correct' name for them. I found they are, I think, 1.12watt, and likely to be in small grey bulb holders? They are the little twist and turn captive fitting style and I can't find a reference name or number for these. Can anyone help with either a generic description or an actual part number? Many thanks.

Or can I just change the actual bulb? Do they pull out of the holders?

I have no idea if they fit because I've never had to change one. They are, however what you posted in that they are twist and fit.

Thanks for all the suggestions on these bulbs. I have sourced some now and now know they are #286 12v 1.2 w bulbs.
