Spare washers from front end?

Hi guys, does anyone have any idea where these rascals are from?

They just appeared when I took the bumper/rad cover thingy off.

I have no idea exactly where they came from.

F or TF? They could be from the bolts that hold the bumper on.

M10 Bumper Washers. Make sure that you have them fitted as the bumper is plastic.
