Yellow Trophy Raunds MacDonalds yesterday just off the A45 - being very cautious over the very high speed ramps.
Re: Who`s been Spotted..........
Not an F/TF but a ZR, and kind of a very long shot, but is anybody of you, or somebody you know, travelling through Germany at the moment?
I saw an RHD black MG ZR with UK number plates westbound on the A2 in Germany tonight, about 20 miles west of Hanover. We honked and waved at each other and then I stepped on it because I was late for an MG meet... the guy in the MG seemed more comfortable keeping his car at about 70mph...

Re: Who`s been Spotted..........
Not an MG, but I found another fantastic piece of British motor engineering today:
The first Reliant Robin I’ve ever seen in Germany. I know there are a handful around but they are so scarce, they don’t even show up in the official registry records of the Kraftfahrtbundesamt (our DVLA). They used to be exported to nearby Holland, but this is a RHD model on German plates. As I found it more or less at the back entrance of the now defunct BFG JHQ near Rheindahlen, maybe this was the community nurse’s staff car?MGTF:
2004 TF 135 in Monogram Spectre, black leather, RHD
MGZR:
2001 ZR 160 in Solar Red, LHD, LPG conv
Classic:
1972 MG Midget MkIII RWA in Blaze Red

Trophy blue TF followed my trophy blue from Sandsend, up Lythe Bank and gave me a flash when I turned off at the Mickleby turn. (A171for those not fortunate enough to know the Yorkshire Coast, LOL)

Re: Who`s been Spotted..........
To the bloke in the XPG TF i spotted on the way to Salisbury this afternoon and waved at .... don't wave back then.
To the utterly nice gent in the Blue TF (sorry had yellow tint sunglasses on and couldn't tell you which blue) who gave me a wave as he was coming out of Salisbury ... great looking car (love the blue ones sort of wish i'd gone for blue)
And i know its not one of us but ... to the gent in the Sunbeam Alpine coming back from Andover to Salisbury ..... she goes really well for an 'olden' and seemed to handle well too as we exited the last roundabout side by side.
I do love evenings like today's!!

Rename this thread????
I wonder whether this thread now should be "who hasn't been spotted". I am just back from a 3 day 600+ miles visit to the south west and never spotted a single F or TF.
Have they all been SORNed or may be only come out at night, LOL?
( hopefully nobody will suggest I should visit Specsavers!)

Saw a lovely Royal Blue TF on an 05 plate in Spain last week driving on the A7 through Callahonda on the route to Marbella...very nice indeed!
I did wave, forgetting for a moment that I was in a Vauxhall Corsa...
