Don't know whether this is useful to anyone, but I'm always reluctant to bin things cos "you never know they might be useful" - a strategy that gives me a shed full of bits of cars going back thirty years, the least likely of which always end up at the tip when I need to store the next "might be useful" part.
Anyway, I've just fitted new headlights to the F and have all the "plastic bits" (I'll be keeping the glass, see above
); reflectors for anyone that wants to go the re-chroming route perhaps? The bits are in Oxford and are yours for the asking for at least a couple of months....
