Re: what collor would you like best for your car!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our TF is Le Mans Green with green hood and matching hardtop. It's a great colour and suits the car and is not one you see all the time so we are quite pleased with it. I already have a BRG MG, although that one is actually a 1970s Jaguar BRG as the MG shade was much too light in 2 pack. There are several great colours to choose from, although silver was off limits when we were buying as Jane doesnt like cars in that colour. That slowed me down a bit as its veey popular on TFs. A brave member of WAMGOC here just bought an LE in that Blaze Orange with black wheels, not a car for an introvert.

I do like Volcano but my car is the much more subtle Charcoal.
British Racing Green is a non-starter for me as my TR-7 is BRG
so that brings back bad memories!
My first MGB (first car!) was Citron (lemon-lime) so Trophy Yellow
is also a definate option for a future F

Re: what collor would you like best for your car!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lilibet came in BRG with beige interior, the classic one and I like it very much indeed.
Yet now, after a couple of months on the forums I'd actually go for other colours as well:
volcano orange
nightfire red
tahiti blue
old English white
are my favourites
So maybe I should go and find a suitable garage or stable ... nah, my wife wouldn't like the idea, I'm afraid

Re: what collor would you like best for your car!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I found the right car (with a blown engine) in the right colour, then I probably would expand my stable of MGFs! I am more than likely going to take over Brian's KV6 installation project, but I need a car to put it in (unless it ends up in Project Shed - which is always a possibility!)
Favourite classic colour at the moment is volcano (probably one of the slowest selling colours from launch - funny how fashions change!). Always liked amaranth (almost bought one new, but the one they had at the show room didn't have EPAS, so I went for the BRG, which I reckoned was more easily re-saleable; I hadn't reckoned on keeping it for 15 years, and had planned to buy a Lotus after a year or so!!! )
Old English White would be nice - and it's quite a 'fashionable' colour, and now I really find myself like the flame red cars with the original red cloth/leather interiors. Very retro-cool

Rob, That's the beauty of our 15 year import rule. You UK guys are at the tail endRob Bell wrote:Something to look forward to in 2016 then Rich!Rich in Vancouver wrote:My first MGB (first car!) was Citron (lemon-lime) so Trophy Yellow

of MGF/TF excitement but for us it's only just begun.
My tentative plan is to upgrade every couple of years but you never know I may just end up keeping
this F for 15 years!
Cheers,
Rich

Black is good colour, with deep red interior.
Silver is good too... can be black or red or a mix of both inside.
Best colour i think is Trophy 160 yellow with a pair of black stripes stripes with black and yellow interior

For a MGF I really like BRG, which I have , but if I went for a TF it just got to be X-Power Grey!!! It suits the car perfect.
