The car is mechanically sound!

Drives brilliantly, no knocking, clunks, bangs! Pulls superb through every gear, power is always there, lovely note from the exhaust!

Full leather - Seats, steering wheel, interior very clean, no rips or tears, never been smoked in!

Roof that is currently on the car has seen better days, does not leak at all though! I have a new replacement roof in MINT condition with a BRAND NEW plastic screen fitted waiting to go on the car!

The N/S window is faulty but I also have a replacement window regulator assembly waiting to be fitted

Occasionally on start up the drive belt tensioner squeeks a little, more so when cold but this dissappears after a few seconds!

I know how hard it is to find a clean MGF these days so my price reflects that

Thanks

An indication of price might help you sell the car.

Thats a brilliant price, your practically giving it away. the seats alone are worth some brass. never mind about the rest of the upgrades.

It would be a shame if an enthusiat never bought this car. pitty you not got a garage. I would rather keep it than sell it for that price.

If it doesnt sell for £850 I think I will keep it and find a home for it!

It's FAR too good an example to be sold on the cheap and/or to someone who won't appreciate it!!!

Dude,

Keep it!!! Find a home keep it running £850 is a joke. Ask around see if any of your mates have a lock up or something. But if you do keep it, you really do need to maintain it. And run it. So there is always that to consider. If I had £850 I would have it!

Is it the the 1.8VVC?

I kept mine when our kids came along! Classic insurance is very cheap too (Peter Best et al). MGs are cheap to run too - and so long as you've not got a passenger airbag, your kids will love riding around in it when they're able to fit in a child seat! Keep it, you know it makes sense! A VVC for £850 is the bargain of the decade IMO!

Great looking car, description sounds OK too. Price is ridiculous low.
You live in a fabulous environment to visit, but picking up a car that far is increasing the price.

I'll add the ad to mgf.be, as someone might be interested.

Thanks for all the kind comments guys, been looking into keeping it but finding a place to s.o.r.n it has been difficult :(

Had to put 6 months tax on it today as it'll still be on the "public highway"

Looking for £920 now with the tax :thumbsu:
