The arrival of the cold weather has reminded me that I have a hardtop hanging under covers at the back of my shed.
It was sold to me as a Flame Red hardtop, but did look a shade lighter than the car when fitted, though this could be down to the fact that the car paint is exposed to the elements 365 days a year, while the hardtop only sees around 90.
Bad points - the paint is chipped where the window glass has been out of adjustment and been closed against it
Good points - I relined the interior with a cream cloth in the summer - never been driven!
Before I remove everything from the shed to get the thing out for some pictures, is anyone interested in buying one of these rare and valuable items.......
