I have some hoops BUT no fixing bracket.

Very common for people to sell their car but take the hoops off and leave the brackets on, then sell the hoops to buyers who can't fit them!

If that is the picture of your hoops then the picture shows the brackets in black and it looks like the later straight x power hoops

It has a little sticker on it that says "MG Rover" & "BC0380530"
