I have for sale my Flame red MGF - Brought 3 years ago but due to unforeseen circumstances is now up for sale :
This has been my pride and joy and I have spent all off my free time improving and caring for it and will be sad to see it go.I would great if it went to a register member who will keep improving and caring for as we have.
MOT until June 2016
84670 miles.
Head gasket, water pump and belts changed -30/07/14 -81551 miles (receipted)
Front fog lights
Trophy 160 cylinder head
Tonneau cover.
Mk 2 wheels with the good Toyo's (Jap's)- original wheels included in sale.
Part service history up to our purchase then maintained by myself (former Vauxhall new models team leader)
New rear disc's and pad's.
52mm throttle body.
Two working key's
5 ownwers
Based in Northants,

Hi Rob - yes sadly have to let them go - I currently work in the steel industry and things are bleak at the moment - hope to come back one day

Are decent VVCs now only worth £650? I know its winter (12 degrees!) but I would have thought this one would have sold really quickly............looks like it needs nothing, and has been cherished.
Its odd, I have a similar experience of the BMW sites I'm on, lots of people wanting a car but then very few sell easily even at bargain prices on the forums. At least with ebay you occasionally get the person paying over the odds...........but a lot of idiots as well.
Not wanting to start an 'opinions' thread on here but I'd hope this car goes to another person who would look after it as well as Marty.
Think of it as an opportunity, its shed loads better than my blue one and I'd want £500 for that!!
