2001 1.8i in silver

Post by Danny b » Tue Jun 13, 2017 4:44 pm

Ok just decided to sell my mgf, I need an escort van so may entertain a swop ??
The car is a very tidy one with good full leather black seats and original CD player
Passed its mot last week with one advisory on pitted discs, I've bought new pads and discs and will fit them this weekend
There is no rust on the car or any panel damage
But there are some age related scratches
And one small area of paint which has been touched up near the sill , no rust there at all
It runs superbly but I'm always list my cars honestly , it has an annoying tappets rattle at certain revs, but otherwise is superb mechanically with no overheating problems
Lots of history with a written proof of hg change a few years ago
This is in essence a lovely little car
The roof is good with a clear screen and windeflector fitted
Two new rear tyres fittes
I'm based in Dartford Kent
Prices at £750 ovno
Any questions give me a call on 07711 825438
I'm hopeful this car will go to an enthusiast as it's a really clean with no rot underneath and deserves a good home
Thanks for reading car will be available from Sunday as I'm away until then
Thanks Danny

Just to clarify after one call already
The engine is superb and is very lively
I've been told the tappet noise is common o. These it's not really bothered me over the las t year! And is only noticeable at motorway speeds
