MGF 1999 1.8 For Sale

V Reg British Racing Green MGF for sale - 118k miles. Head Gasket done previously. Owned for 8 years, was running fine until Oct 2019 when I sorned and then decided to future proof during lockdown so I could keep her on the road for good. Got as far as front subframe off before health stopped me and now sadly just need the car gone. I felt a sense of responsibility not to scrap her which is why I was future proofing by doing her up but scrapping will be the final option if I cant sell. So just checking here before I go down that route. Black/green leather interior, body work is OK usual few bits of rust but nothing structural ding on the left front wing. Hydragas spheres were fine but I was going to exchange them for re-furbished while I had the car apart. With suspension de-pressurised it is a project for sure or even a parts car - I can have subframe replaced so it rolls out of the garage but with suspension down it is a trailer job and will need work or dismantling. Comes with a Daytona exhaust with quad tail pipe - think they are £450 new - only done 10k since that fitted. Been offered £350 for the car collected by a scrap dealer - if anyone has a better home for her please let me know. I have some pictures but cant work out how to post! Cheers Andrew

Sorned in Oct 2019 so no MOT since. I dont seem to be able to load pictures for some reason. But if anyone wants some can PM me an email address and I can send. Its a project or parts car, not something that is going back on the road in 10 mins. Only looking for scrap price level.

You need to use Full Editor to upload pictures ~ see little box below quick reply window. Then there's a tab below to add attachments.
