I'm looking for an MGF Momo leather gearknob, also, and I know they are rare to find, but the chrome door mirror backs.

You may have spotted this one on Ebay. The alloy top could benefit from half an hour's attention with some wet and dry and a polishing buffer but the leather looks ok.

Thanks, I had seen that one, just wasn't sure as the person selling hasn't got great feedback.

This one looks to be the same, brand new, but will need the H-pattern sticker to replace the "MOMO" logo if you want the genuine look:
