Re: Wanted rear caliper
I think that I have one spare Nick. It's pretty heavy - no idea how much it would be to post?

Re: Wanted rear caliper
Assuming Nick wants it, are you going to the Committee meeting at the Dog House on the 30th Jan Rob? If not can you get said item to someone who is? I'd be happy to get it to Nick somehow if need be as he's not a million miles away from me.Rob Bell wrote:I think that I have one spare Nick. It's pretty heavy - no idea how much it would be to post?

Re: Wanted rear caliper
Over to you, Nick.
Re: Wanted rear caliper
The drivers side rear caliper is the common problem of failure of the handbrake due to corrosoin. If this is why you need one then any used may well be no better. A new or Exchange rebuid may be the way to go.

Re: Wanted rear caliper
Thanks for the offer guys, looks like I'm sorted, but many thanks once again.
To answer the use of a used one, a nice new one will be on there later, but a S/H one will help the bank manager's heart rate claim down just a wee bit at the moment.

And it looks as though I won't be able to make the 30th either as it is one of my good friend's 40th birthday that day... oops
