Arctic Circle Run

This is the first of our charity events for
2010.

A repeat run of the event that raised over
£750 for charity - can we do it again ?

MAM Run  and

MGF Register AGM and

Coventry Feast

Traditionally we start the year with the
Stoneleigh show. This year though is different as we are
starting on the day before with a special run to the Midland Air
Museum on the edge of Coventry Airport.

We'll continue the day with the F Register AGM
at 5pm at the Allesley Hotel, Allesely Village.

There's even more with a Covnetry Feast
following the AGM also held at the Allesley Hotel from 7pm

Sun 21st February

STONELEIGH 10

Hopefully you will have been with us for the
day befire events so why not stay over and then visit 
the  MG International Spares & Show day at the National
Agricultural Showground in Stoneleigh. The usual array of MG
traders and club displays awaits you. We'll be there with the
first of our 15th anniversary displays.

3rd - 7th March

MGFifteen Abingdon to Geneva Re Run

One of the main events in the 15th Anniversary
year of the MGF.

We will be taking a group of MGF/TF cars all
the way back to Geneva in a recreation of the MGCC run to
celebrate the launch of the MGF back in 1995.

Sunday 11th April

Brooklands MG Day

We'll be making our annual return to the
spiritual home of MG, Brooklands in Surrey.

There is usually a very good MGF/TF turnout at
the historic race track so lets hope 2010 follows suit.

Normal admission prices apply but enter via
the Brooklands entrance if you are in your MGF/TF to park on the
museum site. DO NOT Follow the brown museum signs.

MGCC Race Series

Brands Hatch

We are entering a race car in the MGCC Trophy
Championships courtesy of Church Square Autos.

Come along and see how we get on if you're not
going to Brooklands !

Saturday 17th April

Pride of Longbridge Rally

Cofton Park

We traditionally support the Rover Community
Action Trust and Austin Federation in this annual show of
support and enthusiasm for Longbridge and its products.

Details tend to be sketchy until much closer
to the date but it usually starts with a run from Hopwood
Services on the M42 to Cofton Park for a static rally.

Sunday 2nd May

Abingdon Country Fayre and Air Show

Join us and the Abingdon Works Centre in a
rally on the Country Fayre site whilst sitting back and watching
the aircraft overhead. It's a big show with lots of non MG folk
around but lots of other cars and side stalls, arena events etc.

7th - 10th May

Highlander 2010

We're returning to our traditional slot of May 
(but not the Bank Holiday)_and heading once more in to the
Highlands of Scotland. Based at the Royal Hotel in Bridge of
Allan this is sure to be another great Scottish event.

Oulton Park

The second round of this years Trophy
Championship - see how the MGF Register/Church Square Auto car
is getting along

Sunday 9th May

Basingstoke Festival of Transport

A huge general transport show in the South
East which the Register has supported with a paddock for twenty
cars for the last few years and we see no reason we shouldn't
carry out. It's full of interest and there's loads for general
side stalls and traders to boot.

MGCC Germany 40th Anniversary

A Register supported event in Germany with a
run from the UK.

Circuit. Come and see the Register's sponsored race car compete
on the track and enjoy a full weekend of socialising with like
minded enthusiasts.

Man the Lifeboats

Charity Run

This event is in support of the RNLI. This weekend will
feature a scenic run along the Essex coast from Toomeys garage
at Rochford ,where we'll gather for a hot breakfast, to Burnham
on Crouch via the ancient town of Battlebridge where we'll get
the chance to visit the huge antiques centre. At Burnham we'll
visit the lifeboat station and have lunch before moving on to
end the day at Mangapps Railway museum

British car show in The Netherlands.

Cholmendley Pageant of Power

This event is developing nicely into a northern Festival of
Speed but with car clubs taking part. We'll be there with our
stand and car display amongst the 150 best historic racing cars
and bikes as well as supercars and concepts. There's much more
to this show though with power boat racing on the lake , air
displays, military displays, dancing diggers, a military tattoo,
fireworks and shopping village.

Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon

You do not want to miss the main MGF/TF
event of the year.

Celebrating 15 years of the MGF/TF this
show will feature all the old MGFest favourites including
Gallery talks, Arena events, special displays, photo
competition, side stalls, Trade village, Pride of Ownership and
four runs into the event in the morning plus much more.

Camp overnight or just join us on
Saturday evening on the campsite for an informal party with the
popular Glo Car competition.

MGCCSE Summer Gathering

Penshurst Place, Kent

This is the 80th anniversary gathering of the MGCC South East
Centre.

Celebrate with them and the MGF Register on this special
occasion.

We'll be there with our usual Summer Games challenges and
special award for best MGF/TF

Kempenrit 2010

Join the register as we travel over the channel to the
ancient city of Mechelen where we'll take up residence at the
Hotel Ve in this 10th anniversary year of the Belgian Kempenrit
event. Party on Saturday and enjoy the huge Maanrock festival
right on your doorstep. On Sunday take part in the scenic drive
before returning to the hotel for more partying !

Hampshire Pageant of Motoring

This huge event takes place at Broadlands in Romsey and
features hundreds of vintage & classic vehicles over the bank
holiday weekend.

We'll be there with a stand and special display so please do
join us and perhaps camp over with us as well ?

Where's Wirral ?

The return of our September weekender ses us in search of the
Wirral. If you don't know much about it then find out with us on
the Where's Wirral weekend. Scenic runs on Saturday and Sunday
and gala dinner on Saturday evening.

We'll be based in the "almost) seaside town of Parkgate at
the Ship Hotel.

How did we get on ?

NEC Classic Motor Show

The Register has promoted itself on a dedicated stand for two
years and we're back for a third. This is a huge show with
growing numbers, 1,400 cars , 240 clubs, MPH, Classic Bikes
Show, Top gear Live all make for a very full weekend along with
the live demonstrations, restorations, sporting bears, auto
jumble, traders etc etc.

Our annual awards lunch takes place
traditionally on the first weekend in December. Join the great
and the good of the MGF Register and help celebrate another
great MGF year.

The F Register does not organise its own track days but defers
to our sister organisation MGs on Track who have a full
programme of track days throughout the year which generally
feature a large MGF/TF contingent - all details
to be found on their website at:-
