Re: Mike Satur Hydragas Valves

Re: Mpi or vvc
Intresting about the gearbox ratios but the engine and box are now back in the subframe and bolted in the car and hydragas pumped up, just got the coolant side and exhaust to refit then hopefully will be back on the road so dont really fancy removing again but its something to keep in mind for the f...

Re: Mpi or vvc

The only problem I have is I cant remember which coolant hose goes to which under floor pipe so could anyone confirm which way around they go .I found a diagram on the web that showed one way but the way the pi...

Re: TF subframes into an F
I believe that all fixings to car are the same but you have to drill a hole in the top inner wings for the front struts to clear. Then also clear a small section for rear struts aswell

Mpi or vvc
Hi I have a 75th anniversary nonvvc that I am currently looking for a engine for due to hydrolocking. Would it be worth the extra effort whilst engine and subframe are out to install a 143 vvc rather than another mpi . Ive not driven a vvc so dont know the differances between the way the 2 drive. If...

Re: set of suspension bushes found
All seems good so far but time will tell I suppose. No problems fitting them Car feels a lot better with them fitted than before but I had a bit of play in the rear tiebar bushes hence changing them.

Re: set of suspension bushes found
These look like duraflex polybushes are the bushes in 2 halves? I fitted the rear set on mine a month or two ago. The numbers were the same on mine as you have but not sure which number coresponds to where I used there ebay page to work out what went where.

Re: Now a member of the MONOGRAM Club ;-)
Ive just fitted 135 cams, 52mm throttle body and aluminium manifold to my zs 1.6 and it does improve the car well worth doing. I then had the ecu remaped by mark at mgf20 to a caterham supersport map(I think) and this has totaly transformed the car it revs and pulls much better than before and is mu...
