Re: loss of power
Hi I'm not saying this is the fix (or whether your car is fitted with one) as further diagnosis would be required, but I do recall mg/rovers k series suffering with the post cat oxy sensor giving very similar fault. Really obvious flat spot from cold then fine afterwards till next day. May be worth ...

Both have the little mg face plate boxes....

Unless mistaken I don't believe there are any on the top. Only the lower one that bolts between the sump and subframe.

MGF VVC valuation?
Hi all I'm probably going to regret this but I'm thinking about putting our F up for sale. Practicality, costs of 3+ cars, uncertainty of wife's job etc seems like a logical move. It's been off the road for the last 3 months for obvious reasons. Anyway I was hoping if someone would be able to give m...

Hi
Hi my name is James, I live in Devon, currently on my 2nd mgf and also have a MK1 zs. Worked as a techy for a mg dealer for 11years from 99 starting as apprentice, so have a bit of a soft spot for an old rover/mg of that time. Unfortunately I think the F is going to have to be sold. I'm a bit new to...
