Going to pick up a steptronic mgf tonight which has, according to the seller HGF!
It boils up after 20mins and blows it's water out of header tank.
Is this a sign of gasket gone??

Pretentioners are integral to the seat.
All you need to do is, after leaving battery off for 1/2hr is disconnect
the plug underneath.
Have you cured the problem of water entry??

Carpets in fs are in two pieces.
Drivers side needs the foot rest taking out for removal.
Plastic clips up in footwell hold them both in place.

What's the real benefit fitting a 52mm throttle body to a mgf?

Fitted the missuss one in about an hour!
Got a length of 50mm flexible pipe and made a cold air feed from n/s vent.

Step 1, unzip plastic screen.
Step 2, lower roof.
Step 3, plonk hardtop on.
Step 4, secure clips by sun visors and back corners.
Step 5, plug HRW lead in.

Guy at works selling a early 1996 Nreg mgf Its black and reasonably tidy for it's age It has no mot or tax and needs 2 tyres plus maybe other bits for test (he spent £500 last test) Also the engine is showing early signs of HGF!
