Cut the door panel and made up the inner plate for the rear, re welded and trial fitted.

Hi Kev, let me know when you have made up the inner section, for the outer I went to a local scrap yard and had the rear lower sections cut off a scrap car that wasn't rusted, worked quite well, once you have all your bits made let me know and we can meet up one Saturday for a day of migging.

Made up a blanking plate and migged to front door panel at the door handle recess.

Steel is very thin must be around 0.75 mm thick, fun to mig

Made up some pin hinges just for a quick test on upper panel fitment, good to get hands dirty again.

Hi All,

Started having some fun with a new door as fancy a change

Top panel will be hinged and fold downward, also be on removable pins for warm weather, was a bitch to cut and hand bend.

Here is engine Layout from manifold to Twin turbo set up , loads of fun on the PC
