Newbie in Tamworth
I just want to say hello and introduce myself. I'm Phil, a newbie from Tamworth near Birmingham and I've just bought my first MGF, quite an early one I think from 1995. It's White with black interior with and early VIN number - 000266 and an 'SAC' registration. It's in fairly good condition and my p...

Re: hi from a newbie
Hi and welcome. I'm a newbie myself and Midlands based (Tamworth). I'll be looking for an MGF in the new year as at present I've got a ZT and an ZR van. Hope all goes well with your bargain MGF. There's some good MG friendly garages around here if you get stuck. All the best and hope you enjoy it. P...

Re: My 3rd MGF!
Hi Steve and welcome. Very interested in your post. I'm looking for my first MGF and am torn between an original '95 model for historical reasons and a Trophy 160, but it sounds like you would have the Trophy every time. I hope you enjoy your lovely car and I look forward to hearing further news abo...

Re: 1996 mgf full rebuild passed its MOT!!!
Stunning! Total respect for what you've achieved. The red and black colour way of the Mk1 just looks great. I've been looking at a red Mk1 that's currently for sale and I think you've helped me make up my mind to go for it, assuming it's still available. Just make sure you've got some proper insuran...

Re: Searching for P827JVP
Thanks for checking that out. I presume that suggests the car is still alive out there somewhere, but not actually on the road, rather than having been scrapped off. My concern was it may have fallen victim to the Scrappage Scheme of a couple of yeaers back.

Newbie in Tamworth
Hi, my name's Phil and I'm an MG nut based in Tamworth, Staffs. I don't actually own an MGF/TF yet, but I'm hoping to put that right in the near future. I'm also searching for a White Dimond MGF that my brother used at Longbridge when he worked on the car's development programme. There's a seperate ...

Searching for P827JVP
Hi, I new to this forum so I hope you will bear with me and help me if you can. I'm trying to find whether a specific MGF is still in existance. The original registration number was P827JVP and it's a White Dimond car with Red trim. It's vin number is: RDO23538. Why do I want to find it? Quite simpl...
