Sue & Nigel - thanks for posting and hope you can make it. Are you intending to stay at the hotel? For those not staying in the designated hotel we have offered the option of evening meals on the Friday and/or Saturday evenings but will need numbers in advance for the caterers. Payment for meals will be directly to the hotel on arrival. We hadn't planned for extra breakfasts but I'm sure the hotel would be accommodating if we let them know in advance.
If you haven't already done so, would you please register for the event via the on-line shop as soon as you are able to confirm your attendance and update your post on the forum. Looking forward to meeting you both.
Paul

John W - thanks for registering John and great to have you on board. Sorry we missed your Teddy Bear's Picnic y/day - you obviously had a great day out looking at the pics!
Paul

Hi John
We'll probably be leaving about 1000 so 0930 at the hotel would work - will let you know if plans change.

Hi Malcolm & Debs - thanks for signing up to our event. We've attended several MGF Register National events and they've always been great fun and a good way of meeting other members. Will be posting some more info on our itinerary in the near future. Looking forward to meeting you both in September.

Hi Paul thanks for getting in contact. I can confirm that Keith and Jane Dudley, Gary and Kay Holmes, John and Liz Walker together with myself and Janet have all booked from the East Midlands Area. We are all looking forward to the event and meeting up with a few old friends and hopefully a lot of new ones.

All the best Stephen Spence

Entry Closing..!
We've had a great take-up.........32 cars registered and 2 more 'just about to'.
The event is now almost fully subscribed and we have therefore decided to close the entry list on the 19th August.
If you are interested in joining us please ensure that you have registered via the on-line shop before that date.

Looking forward to welcoming everyone to Fleet either later today or tomorrow morning.

An occasional rain shower in the forecast but nothing drastic...!

Have a safe journey (and take note of directions to find hotel entrance!).

Paul & Donna
