Looks like the carvery is the winner

Enough want the carvery to allow them to run it for us. I will inform the hotel tomorrow.

If anyone wants anything else we can inform them later on. Prebooking will allow us to eat at the same time.

We have to leave the CTM & Millennium Place by 5:00, so the dinner is booked for 7:30 to 8:00 at the Allesley Hotel to allow people to settle into their hotels before the meal starts.

Just a reminder, the evening meal is booked for 7:30 for 8:00 at the Allesley Hotel

The bar & restaurant is on the first floor. The stairs are right in front of you after the reception desk. I am sure you will find someone in the bar area early – probably me

The Allesley is no more than 10 minutes walk from the Coventry Hill (down hill too) and the walk back up the hill may be easier after a few drinks? Any other hotel will need a taxi ride.

We will be running a raffle at the meal so bring your loose change please. I can’t promise as good as prize as the F Register are offering on the stand at Stoneleigh on the Sunday but as long as your ticket comes out early, I am sure you will be happy with the win. Can’t promise the later tickets will get as a good prize though

We are intending this year to try and get a banner / flag for the HoE Region, so next time you attend one of our organised events, we won’t have to beg, borrow or try to steal a flag, so the raffle will give us a kick start for our ‘flag fund’. Thank you.
