We are a little later than usual in launching this year' Photo Competition but wait no more - here it is!
1) Photos must feature an MGF/TF in some way and have been taken in the last 12 months from 1st November 2017 to 4th December 2018 and must have been taken by the entrant.
2) Pictures must be of printable quality, a minimum of 1mb
3) Editing is allowed but anything too outrageous in the opinion of the judges will not be considered - no photo shopped MGFs on the moon!
4) By entering you give permission for the MG Car Club to use your picture for marketing/ promotional/ publishing purposes in print and social media and all entries will be displayed in an online album. The copyright will remain with the photographer.
The 12 top entries will be printed in the MGF Register calendar 2019 and the overall winner will win the MGF Register Photographic Cup.
Closing Date midnight Tuesday 4th December - so that gives you just four week to get them in!
To enter send up to three of your best pictures to tim.morris@mgfregister.org
Tip:
The judges will be looking for overall composition of your photo - bear in mind these will be featuring in a wall calendar. Background, positioning, lighting etc will be taken into account as well as the car itself.
Finally.....Good Luck!
We'll update the competition entry album in batches as we go : https://flic.kr/s/aHsmvfiv95

Re: 2018 MGF Register Photo Competition
The Photo Competition has been judged!! And we have some winners!!
Firstly a big thank you to Jason Dodd who judged the competition this year, this is the first year we have had a professional photographer as judge and it is just as well as there were some great photos submitted.
You can see more of Jason's work on this website at Jason Dodd Photography.
On to the winners then and the two top winners were both photos taken in Europe - the Overall Winner was Peter Hofmann with an industrial image of his MGF (I still can't work out what that huge piece of machinery is!) and the Runner Up was Ian Randall with his MGTF taken during the 2018 Funball Rally.
Congratulations to them and the other 10 winners who were: Andy Partridge; Chris Hathway; David Collins; Erik Koerhuis (Johan Schoonhoven); Jane Parry; Kim Tiller; Lee Rose; Leigh Crane; Richard Jenner; Tony Dewey
All the winning photos can be seen in the Flickr album here : PHOTO COMPETITION WINNERS
There are some additional copies of the wall calendar which are available for purchase from the Register's online shop at : BUY THE CALENDAR
