just bought a 2001 mgf 1.8 Bridgend

Hi there I just bought a mgf 1.8 and live in Bridgend south Wales, I have read about the service intervals and little problems these cars have, I ha've always had alfas so I am used to being on top of needy cars

My question is, is there any competent mechanics down my way that can do me a cam belt service for me locally??
Or does anyone know of someone who can?

She has 61000 miles on the clock, done 15000 in 4 years and cam belt was done 4 years ago so I know it needs doin asap

Any suggestions are appreciated

I'm the wrong side of the water to advise you re Bridgend (and I see that Colin has already referred you to our local dealer A E Wilcox in your other thread), but for some local info, it might be worth looking and asking in the local SWMGF forum here. You'll need to register to post (but it's a quick 30 second process, just to keep the spammers at bay), but you'll likely get some more detailed local knowledge.
