Bears picnic Sunday 31st July

Andy is organising this one for us. We will be meeting up for a run round the countryside at Mc Donalds car park opposite Colchester FC's stadium at 12.00
Bring a bear and a picnic for an 18 mile drive, at the end we will enjoy a picnic and a laugh.
