Next D&C Pub meeting - 24 September 2015

Just a reminder that our next pub meet is on 24 September at 7:00pm for 7:30.

The venue is our usual haunt of the Dartbridge Inn near Buckfastleigh. All are very welcome. Just add your name to the list below to let me give the pub an indication of numbers.

Hello all, I'm a newbie to this forum, but have owned and loved my 1999 MGF for 5 years and cannot imagine life without her. Unfortunately, having had the head skimmed and HG replaced two years ago, my lovely lady is off the road again due to pressure problems which cased the header tank to burst last week. There are emissions in the coolant, but no oil in the water, and no water in the oil. The garage is telling me that the HG has gone, or there is a crack in the cylinder head itself, but not sure. I am able to pop along to your next meet at Buckfastleigh if that would be ok with you? I'm hoping that one of my fellow MG lovers will be able to offer some helpful advice, as I really don't want to lose her!
