The Dartbridge management now require confirmed numbers and preorders of our menu choices,
The cut off date for the September meeting is Monday 25th September, when I have to contact them.

Been in contact with the Dartbridge this evening.

18 confirmed for Thursday, with the possibility of extra two places needed.

First and foremost, I'd like to say a huge thank you to all who attended our meeting on the 28th Sept., making it one of the (if not the most) successfully attended MGF D&C meetings (22).

The problems/fiasco concerning our meals was/is completely unacceptable – even though we fully complied with the venues requirements, pre-ordered meals weren't available, sold out of a second choice and only offered dearer meals, combined with the bar being completely unattended for 10 minutes and having to find a member of staff to serve us.

Although we have been using that venue since June 2012, it was unanimously agreed on the night to look elsewhere to have our meetings, which has now been sorted.
