t-bar removal

hi, i just bought a newish t-bar for my 1996 mgf (with speakers), is it difficult to remove the old one. i had a quick look and cant see how it comes out.
please advise im a bit heavy handed and dont want to break anything.

Remove the 3 screws in the top and then just go for it. There are six friction grip pin type clips; two each side and two in the centre but they should just pull out without too much trouble.

Not a great problem to do, I'm doing one for Mo in the next week or so if you wanna join in the fun and get some tips - but it is really easy to do and the info above is straight forward.
