what condition are the x power hoops in?....are they the polished ones?...and do they come with all fixings?...cheers

Given the car 'was' mine

Hoops are genuine X-power (Chrome) with all fixings (just make sure you ask him for the under seat-belt-reel brackets) which most people leave on.... also as the shelf carpet needs to be cut around these brackets why not ask him for this as well.
