IF it is still a go'er we (or us, myself and julia) would have to meet you in Kendal as I couldn't get b/b in b/pool or Kendel :D
See you all at the trout

There's a fair chance we won't be there on Sat - the missus had a small op last week and is milking it for all it's worth!!
If we do turn up, we won't be eating in any case so will just see y'all in't pub around 9:00?
I've got Mark & Gordon's numbers so will ring one of them if we're coming so you can all wait for us if we're running a bit late!!!
If we're not there - have a good one & take loads of pics.

Spoke to Adrian at the ER meet last week & he said it looked like he had a register meeting this weekend about MGFfest 08 so might not be able to make the run.

See ya all Sat

Great run last night :)

Nice to see some familiar faces and Kris f too all the way from down south (not sure the sole intention was the illuminations though :? ) a long 5 hour drive back home for him too :o nice to see some new faces too :)

Lights were pretty good and luckily the weather was fair decent for us too :)

Sorry but the main meal was crap for me and Lou, rubber eggs and a big lump of fat for gammon when we finally got it, starter was fine though

Great run, look forward to doin it again next year :D

We had a good night, our food was ok, you just had to be patient!!!
I think we overwhelemed the place!!
Not easy finding somewhere with enough parking & enough table space for a group off 25+
But it was a good event though, thanks to Tracey for organising it..

tend to agree with Baracus our meal was poor (warm batter cold fish) . with reluctance, we pulled out just before the end as we were due at hotel before midnight, as for the lakes waited at sevices - no one arrived!! Also it would had been nice to know whos who at these events (faces to names) as 50% I didn't know

Hi everyone
Our first outing with the MGF club and we thoroughly enjoyed it :thumbsu: Our moroccan stew and rumpsteak was very good

Yeah, we saw and heard the Supras - noisy lot!

We both thought it was really well organised so thanks to Simon and Tracy for making all the arrangements. GOod to meet you all - see you again soon!

just arrived back from our run round the lakes.....sorry we missed you john, but we waited at burton in kendal services until 11 and then decided that no one else was coming....(and yes we did change our clocks.....) we went up around coniston and the hardknott pass before dropping down to hawkshead and windermere .

Many thanks again to Tracey for sorting out the Blackpool end of things, sorry we dropped a couple of you from the main group, we must try to sort that out for next time. Our food was fine (fish and chips!!!) but it is disappointing that some were not so happy with the food. Good to see some faces from outside the North west, hope you all enjoyed the scenery up here!!

I will post some images when I get them off the camera.....
