Are you staying at hotel Ve?
If you are we need you Saturday night menu choice (chicken, sea bass or veggie from memory) and what kind of room you want.

Late but not to late, count us in please.

We join either at Ardooie for BBQ or earlier at the usual Nieuwpoort location, so the standard BBQ for two in any way
- Cosy double for Saturday night please incl. breakfast.
- Brewery tour of course !!

- brewery menue for both

Okay, so finally:
- 2 meaty BBQs for lunch on Saturday
- 1 Cuckoo and 1 Sea bass in the evening
- and the room as already taken down.

Susanne and I will meet you at the Bockor inn on Saturday.

Colin, I have booked Dieter and Rosi in to the hotel. They want two x sea bass and two meaty BBQ's. They may join at Ramskapelle or Ardooie.

Sorry Col but I can't afford the whole weekend this time as 2015 has been busy and expensive already.
I'm doing it the 2005 way and start early on Sunday morning

Michael's room is already reserved, I may have to update with his food order though. Got a bit busy with MGF20 so I may have forgotten, twice is better than not at all.

No idea Adrian, they first told you they were attending I believe ? I've had no contact from them regarding Kempenrit so no idea at all and I didn't see them at mgf20 either to ask them
