MGF new owner

A friend of mine recently acquired an MG sports car, I saw, I coveted and I bought one.
I am now in the process of selling my very sensible Mum car and will be using my MG F VVC as my daily drive.
I love it more every day and have discovered a latent interest in car mechanics which I understand is going to be a steep but necessary learning curve with a car like this.
I'm in the north west and plan to attend the Oulton event next weekend so it would be lovely to meet the locals as well as the further afield MG fans.

Great choice of fun car and the MGs have a great community as well, regardless of which I'm in (we have 5 different types between us) someone is always interested in a chat.
