Hi folks, just bought a non running VVC MGF, not had much time to really look hard but seems to be in decent condition apart from an engine full of mayo( and been sat like this for some months) but part of the cunning plan of buying this car was I have almost finished rebuilding a VVC that was going to go in a metro, but I saw a pic of the MGF on Ebay and thought it needed saving....so now I have to start reading and leaning about what I've bought....
Steve.

Re: Hi
Welcome aboard. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with it! Before you go stripping the engine get a pressure test done, the mayo might just be a build up of moisture/condensation if it has been standing for a while.
Once you're up and running there are lots of owners groups around the Midlands if you want to get along to a meet!
Cheers
