Pub meet in June

Post by NoseyParker » Sat Jun 09, 2012 9:19 am

Hi All

For our next meet can i suggest The Cunning Man (Burghfiled Bridge, Reading) again, on the 20th of June at 8pm? This time bring some diaries so we can book at least one event in. In the hope that we ever get a summer!!!

BTW bringing the mgs is not a requirement for these meets especially if the weather is rubbish and i know some of you come from afar!!

If anyone can let me know who will or wont attend that would be great. Hope all local members are well and cant wait to start arranging things for our region.

Rob

We are OK with this, although we will not be there until nearly 9-00. The navigator didnt take a lot of persuading, she liked the Cunning Man.

We will be there as advertised, this thread seems a bit quiet though, who else is going?

Our apologies to eveyone and especially Rob for not contacting re the pub meet last night. We are having our kitchen completely gutted at the moment and cannot find anything. The computer is in the corner lid closed. Believe it or not we also have visitors from Australia so I am afraid Thames valley was furthest from our mind. Will keep a closer eye on the site and look forward to 'what comes next'. May bump into some of you at Silverstone

Hi Simon

Thanks for that no problems, we had a quiet drink and discussed the first run, how do you fancy a run to Hayling?? Watch this space for details and dates. Hope you and Anne can make it.

Rob and everyone else hi
Sorry to have missed the pub meet and unfortunately we will not be able to join you all on the 20th as we have a long standing wedding anniversary to attend
Please give us plenty of notice for the next meet and we will make sure we are there
Best wishes for a really good get together
Roger & Maggie
