Resistors/circuit, etc Help, not for MG

Do any of the members understand Resistors, Circuits, etc and more importantly know how too / willing too take on a repair?
This has nothing what so ever to do with MGF/TF's or cars in any way
Its a bit long winded to explain what I need doing on here, but if anyone is able to help I'll go into more detail
