I am going will drive over in the morning just like I did last year. If I cna get the lower speedo cable in time I may be in "Blue 33" again as last year. Some people might recall her due to the badly knocked out rear wings. Of course those are looking much better this year.

As in previous years it may be good to get to know people from the forum, so a forum get together on the MGF Register stand at 2 o'clock ?

Keith and I are on duty then so you can get to meet your chairman (if you don't know him already :D :D ).

Booked the Coventry Hill Hotel £39 for 2 & I've just noticed that the hotel is 2.5 miles from the site of the old long demolished Triumph Motorcycles factory as I'm thinking of buying a classic Triumph bike which would've been built there I may go & pay homage at the commemorative plaque where the factory was?
On my way down I'm viewing this bike as well killing 2 birds with one stone as they say :D

Dont get to excited about seeing the plaque Neil. You can easily miss it as you pass the housing estate that is now built on the old factory site. Keep your eyes peeled.
A little further on you have the centre of Meridon (the 'centre of England') with its memorial to all the cyclists who lost their lives in world war 1. Has a nice chip shop too - or it used to have.

Those who have not bought Advance Tickets will not have received an E-Mail stating that entrance to the Show via the main gate is to be for MGs and Triumph ONLY and that if you are in the Daily Driver then you must use the B4115 entrance on the other side of the Park.

This may come as abit of a shock but some of us use our MG's as daily drivers ................................................... Oh the shame of it! :D

Due to "Blue 33" not having her broken speedo cable replaced yet, picking one up from Darren at the show tomorrow ;) , I know it must be the poor MG/Rover quality we hear about as after all it's only nearly 18 years old  , will therefore have to slum it in "Elsie" the BRG VVC :( .

Here in rugby went to have a look at the venue earlier this afternoon and managed to sneak in to the halls looks good got a tonneau cover for George .
Tried to get a ticket for tomorrow but could not get one .
Without a ticket can I follow directions for the triumph /mg drivers and get a ticket on the door or do I have to go in with public (sounds like I'm posh)?
Met up with Jill and Darren from mgf n TF bitz nice couple very helpful .
Looking forward to meeting some of you guys at two o'clock .
If any of you are coming up/down have a safe trip .
