1.8vvc Track Car Mission Creep!
Evening F-ers.
Introducing my 1999 MGF VVC which was going to be a little stripped out track car for some summer fun.
Purists please be aware that the following images contain scenes of a graphic nature.
Somehow it has now morphed into the Audi 4.2 v8, 6 speed ongoing nightmare you see before you!
Updates to come, I'll post links to pics and vids

Longitudinal? Interesting. Have you got it mounted a bit further forwards than the original engine's position? Just wondering about weight distribution.
I've often thought about a V8 swap, but I was thinking transverse because a V8 is roughly the same length as an I4. And thinking about it is as far as I'll ever go

Brilliantly mad! I love it!
There’s going to be a bit of a stretch to the wheel base?
Over the original concept, thisengine transplant does indeed look like scope shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiift!!!!! Really hope you can get it finished!
