It's a new build, all you're likey to find is some bits of building material. Or if it's like our house was - half the plumbing :x

Why am I always left out on the patio in the rain? Sorry about the pool of water on the new carpet.

Coffee sounds good - anyone found the brandy yet? A seat on the sofa looks good but Andie is hogging it in one of her 'artistic poses'. Anybody found the 'sounds' yet - then we can get Andie and James a'dancing and grab the sofa!
