If you do the Zug Meet, then it will no doubt include day runs that will well satisfy your appetite for hairpin bends and fantastic views. Stelvio afterwards would be an anticlimax.

Yep - was a great experience and the cans of chilled old Speckled Hen on the summit were the icing on the cake - thanks Geoff ! It's amazing what you can get in the boot of an F !
Mind you we had a Suabaru WRX with us that only managed the bends by a series of three point turns according to reports. (not a great turning circle !)
Two tours hit the Stelvio this year in fact - the Italian car club went over the opposite way to us a couple of days later.
A week later is was covered in snow so we just got there in time.
