Breaking 2 MGF VVC's

Post by johncollins » Thu Feb 24, 2011 9:48 pm

Hi,

after introducing myself on the welcome board, I decided to drop a line on this section of the forum too (it was the bit about avoiding ebay fees that caught my eye!)

I've got 2 p registered vvc's that I'm breaking as well as the remains of a R registered MPI that is nearly dismantled.

Please email if theres any bits that you require. I'm in Tamworth, Staffs but can post some parts if required.

John

Hey,

I'm after a passenger side window seal, it's the part of the window seal nearest the windscreen. This one and here's a shot from the inside, mines missing completely for some reason! Do you have one?

Cheers :)

Ryan

Hi,

sorry for not replying sooner, but not been on the computer much this weekend.

Ryan, sorry only seals that I have are on the complete roof, and I don't really want to split them at minute,

Les, the roofs aren't all that great, I've just sold the best one.

ARSVS, the panels are all in HAM paint code, I've got 2 of the front wings and 2 doors on fleabay at the minute - my user name is little_british_sports_cars

Good afternoon John, I'm looking for a few parts for my MGF MK2. 1st item is the centre console that houses the clock, oil temp gauge & window switches ( gear lever surround is round ) in Burr Walnut. 2nd item is a good condition sports exhaust ( as opposed to the standard one ) 3rd is an off side driver door mirror electrically operated.

Many thanks
Vic

Hi, I am after a MGF gear linkage. I require the complete assembly ie gear lever assembly, cables and all the fittings at the gearbox end. It is for a car that I am building.
Please if you can do this drop me a line with a price.

Simon.

As this is an old thread, the OP may have finished stripping those cars.
It may be worth contacting Martin Smith http://www.usedmgtfspares.co.uk/ who is a specialist MGF/TF breaker who supports the Register.
