Hi,
I've just bought an MG F, chassis no.000354, which I think makes it the 103rd off the production line!
It looks like a previous owner has done a lot of digging into it's history, it looks to have been owned by Rover for the first 11 months, but for what purpose I don't know.
Looking around it I've found a sticker on the flexible pipe between the air filter box and the manifold that has "PR3 Build" written on it, but maybe that's quite common!?
So far it looks like I've got to:
1. Replace alternator
2. Sort out a bad repair to the rear of the o/s sill
3. Repaint the rear o/s wing
4. Pump up the hydragas, and I suspect the rear units may have lost their nitrogen
5. the cowl over the instruments is broken, I thought it'd be easy to find one on eBay but maybe I need to try some plastic welding!
6. Fit the o/s inside door trim properly.
7. Investigate the n/s central locking actuator
I'm sure that list is going to grow!!
I've also got a 1990 Lotus Elan M100 and a 1972 series 3 diesel Land Rover.
Hopefully I'll have some picture to follow.
Cheers,
Bern.

Re: Hello!
Hello and welcome. Yes, VIN 0354 is the 103rd production car off the production line, so a nice early example. Hopefully get to see it at some point in the future.

Re: Hello!
What you can't see in the picture is that I'm painting the o/s rear wing and replacing the cambelt!
