T16 MGF ???

T16 MGF ???
So has anyone done it, put a T16 into a MGF?

I think that you would have to relocate the fuel tank and remove the bulkhead between the engine bay and where the fuel tank was. The T series engine is quite a bit heavier than the K series - about the same weight as a KV6.

it's an old project ( just aborted)
probably no problem whit fuel tank BUT big problem whit intercooler for Turbo
the only way ( IMHO) is to use a CHARGECOOLER whit water pump and radiator at the front ( so you will be 3 radiator at the front )
WHEIGHT : ANOTHER BIG PROBLEM ....whit OEM shocks and spring car's handling will be very very bad ...
